GUWAHATI, Feb 11 ?A meeting of about 2000 volunteers of Sanmilita Janagosthiya Sangram Samity (SJSS) held at Rangiya today denounced the creation of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) and warned that creation of the council would pave way for spread of fratricidal clashes from Bodo areas to other areas in the State.
