In a dramatic political development, the opposition Congress and the Mizoram People?s Conference MPC decided to jointly nominate Lalbiakdiki, widow of former Chief Minister and underground leader, Laldenga, for the lone Rajya Sabha seat from Mizoram, reports PTI.
