ITANAGAR, May 25 ? Senior Congress leader Lijum Ronya, who was recently dropped by Chief Minister Mukut Mithi from his cabinet, said the Congress stood no chance of returning to power in the net Assembly elections if Mithi remained at the helm, reports PTI. Arunachal minister held for nexus with NSCN

ITANAGAR, May 2— Arunachal Pradesh Minister for Rural Works Department Tingpong Wangham and a former minister T L Rajkumar were arrested by police under Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002 for their alleged nexus with ultras of NSCN factions active in Tirap and Changlang districts, official sources said.

Serious consequences if Chakmas, Hajongs given voting rights

Fisheries Minister Legi dropped by Mithi

ITANAGAR, April 2 – Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Mukut Mithi has dropped the Minister of State for Fisheries, Relief and Rehabilitation Lichi Legi from his Council of Ministers, reports PTI.

“The Governor, Arvind Dave, has withdraws his pleasure in respect of Legi holding the office of Minister of State with immediate effect on the advice of the Chief Minister,” an official notification said here Sunday.

ILP, RAP in Arunachal may be relaxed
