Notice over misuse of ration cards by migrants

NEW DELHI, Nov 10 ? The Delhi High Court today sought explanation from the Centre and Delhi Government on alleged misuse of ration card and 'Below Poverty Line' card as residential proof for securing the passport by illegal Bangladeshi migrants, reports PTI.
