Mahanta retained as AGP president

NAGAON, January 31: Chief Minister Prafulla Kumar Mahanta has been re-elected unopposed as the president of the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) today. Meanwhile, the subject committee meet of the AGP formed a three member penal to select the other office-bearers. AIZAWL, January 31: Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ajay Srivastava, today visited Mizoram western Dampa Rengpui hamlet inhabited by Reangs Brus, according to official sources here, reports PTI.
