Eyewitnesses said the BSF personnel threatened Sagar Maljain with dire consequences and took him in their custody by force after blindfolding him. The BSF jawans were also wearing hoods and disguises and attempted to kidnap Sagar Maljain as the businessman refused to open the gates for fear of harm coming to his family members. The noises drew the neighbours and a huge crowd gathered at the shop. In the meantime, the landlord and owner of the building at Tiddim road Ralsanglian has filed a complaint report to the chief secretary, that it was within the jurisdiction of the authorities to prosecute the personnel of the 32 Bn.
